Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fisher Rosemount CL6921X1-A8 - 41B5228X302 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Foba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher-Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Forry product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Foba such as the D58513 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DI120VACISOLATED manufactured by Fisher-Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher-Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 101841 by Manufacturer Forry as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Flowserve Brand SNA300S10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Formsprag such as 21120007 equipment made by Formsprag have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Formsprag products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Formsprag" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5501650005CM4503600NIR2 made by Foss as well as the popular 12P1064X092 original spares produced by Fisher-Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10P755XD2120AC0192 by Flowserve and 21120007 spares by Formsprag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C24974 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Formax.
